Our consultants, all experts in the nuclear field

The consultants work on high-power reactors, old generation and new generation as well as on “the new nuclear”, including SMR. They intervene in all phases of a project's lifecycle: design, building, installation, commissioning and operation. The unique experience and skills of Oakridge consultants as well as the quality of the technical supervision of the managers result in a detailed understanding of customer needs.

With their cutting-edge knowledge, the teams come from specialized engineering training and have developed expertise in the nuclear sector in Materials & Corrosion, Neutronics, Criticality, Radiation protection, Electricity, Nuclear Chemistry, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Thermohydraulic, Reactor Physics and Regulation. Their detailed background in these specialties, combined with their safety culture and experience in the nuclear sector, allows them to guarantee the nuclear safety of projects.

A training course at the heart of the employee experience

Listening, communicating and sharing are the foundations of our work culture. It is in this spirit that the expert management has designed and deployed an internal training system dedicated to all employees.

The Oakademy, a training course on the challenges of the nuclear sector, offers targeted training to all employees. This continuous updating of knowledge allows consultants to position themselves on the latest sector trends and broaden the spectrum of their expertise. In addition, as part of the company's ISO 19443 Quality and Nuclear Safety certification, all employees complete the mandatory "Safety Culture" training.
