AUGUST 2014 – Since 2012, OAKRIDGE has been meeting with Japanese contacts in France and Japan in order to assess possible cooperation programmes, particularly in terms of dismantling solutions.
OAKRIDGE has therefore passed a key milestone this month by submitting a proposal to the Japanese body, IRID, in response to the latter’s international request for projects. OAKRIDGE’s proposal features an innovative concept for fuel debris retrieval.
